In the spring of 2016, Intersection became home to the new Vinstitute Wine School, a non-proprietary educational outreach dedicated to increasing awareness and appreciation of BC wines as a whole. Offering stand-alone weekly classes that examine a range of instructive wines from a myriad of different BC wineries, instructor Moss Scheurkogel strives to educate his students in the intricacies that make wine so special.

Winter Wine Classes

The Vinstitute Winter Wine School starts Nov 18 and running through March 18, featuring a range of unique tasting experiences to test your senses and train your understanding of BC wines.

Vinsight classes are $20, with specialty classes subject to rate increase, and all classes are held from 10:30 - 12:30.

All classes are stand-alone, and require no prior education. Come to just one, or come to all of them! Each session boasts a unique "curriculum" of exemplary BC wines from many different wineries.
